FROM WINGU

Who we are

We are a non-profit civic innovation and technology organization.
Since 2008, we have made a long journey that we are proud of and in which we have been forging the values that define and determine us.

DIGITAL CULTURE

Digital is the way we think about and execute technology. It is the human and strategic use of technology.

AUTONOMY AND AGILITY

We pursue self-sustainability. We believe in flexibility as a tool for transformation and scalability.

PASSION AND EMPATHY

Beyond expertise and knowledge, what we feel is an enormous passion for what we do and we complement it with a deep social commitment.

INTEGRITY

Transparency and trust are essential in our day-to-day business. We cannot conceive of any other way of doing things.

GENDER EQUITY

We place special emphasis on promoting gender equality and diversity. We provide equal opportunities for people of all genders, from a non-binary perspective.

ACCESSIBILITY

Our projects and initiatives are made for everyone. All our creations aim to be accessible.

Equipo Wingu

WINGU CULTURE

We currently have a multidisciplinary team with which we aim to strengthen the social impact of institutions throughout the region.

Mission

We enhance the impact of social projects and initiatives, promoting their digital transformation through the implementation of innovative technological developments.

Vision

Consolidate digital culture and technological developments as key agents of social change in Latin America.

Theory of change

In 2017 we created our own Theory of Change or TOC in order to give a north to our work and mission.

There we projected our 2017-2027 vision, with staggered stages and clear objectives in pursuit of a tangible, real and shared social impact.

Our sustainability model

We have a mixed income model that includes both external funding support, provided by large donors and international cooperation funds, as well as our own funds, generated by charging for the services we offer to other non-profit organizations and initiatives.

We are convinced that our sources of income must be balanced to guarantee our financial autonomy.
