ABOUT THE PROJECT

At Wingu we carried out the Salesforce implementation for the Argentine LGBT Federation (FALGBT), an organization that promotes a national work agenda focused on equality, non-discrimination and the advancement of rights for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community in the country.

FALGBT advises people of more than 30 nationalities, with diverse gender identities and sexual orientations. Therefore, This implementation focused on case management and customization of the tool to include relevant gender-sensitive data.

To achieve this, it was essential to be able to adapt the CRM to their needs and mission, configuring the different “objects” to inclusive language and adapting the platform so that it was possible to manage and follow up on:

  • Inquiries
  • Consulting
  • Legal matters in the national territory
  • Hate crime records

IMPACT

The Argentine LGBT Federation became the first organization to have its Salesforce instance configured with inclusive language.

In this way, more than 3,400 cases were followed up, of which almost 90% have already been resolved.

01

Through the platform, the organization was able to monitor hundreds of cases reported as hate crimes against the community and provide efficient and direct support.

02

FALGBT was able to provide follow-up and support in situations related to various types of violence and discrimination.

03

They were able to accompany different consultations and advice on administrative procedures, in relation to family and equal marriage. They also provide counseling on issues of gender identity, work, health and training, among others.

In conversations with FALGBT activist Maribe Sgariglia, we were able to verify that the organization’s work has improved since this implementation:

“We were able to provide better follow-up and accompaniment in each case, which became fundamental for our daily work. In addition, the registry made it possible to improve decision making when demanding public policies and key advances in human rights”.
